1. Free Assessment
- 100% free - no payment required.
- No refund needed as no charges apply.
- Book Free Assessment with different tutors.
2. Paid Classes - Before Attendance
- Full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
- 100% refund if no classes attended.
- Processing fee: $5 or 5% (whichever lower).
3. After Class Attendance
- No refunds for attended classes.
- Unused lessons transferable to other tutors.
- Credit valid for 6 months from purchase.
4. Monthly Packages
- Minimum 4-week commitment.
- Cancellation after 2 weeks: 50% refund.
- No refund within final 2 weeks.
