Learn Quran Academy provides online Quran classes and related services subject to the following terms. By enrolling or using our services, you agree to these conditions.

1. Service Agreement

Learn Quran Academy offers one-to-one online Quran classes for kids and adults through certified tutors. Services include Quran reading, Tajweed, Hifz, Islamic Studies, and related courses. All classes are conducted via live video sessions with flexible scheduling.

2. Enrollment & Payments

Free trial classes available to assess teaching style and compatibility.
Regular classes require advance payment per lesson package or monthly subscription.
Fees non-refundable after class attendance, except per Refund Policy.
Payments processed securely via PayPal, Stripe, or bank transfer.
Pricing listed on Pricing page; subject to change with notice.

3. Cancellation Policy

Trial classes: Cancel within 24 hours for full rescheduling.
Regular classes: 24-hour notice required. No-shows forfeit payment.
Monthly packages: Minimum 4-week commitment. Early cancellation: 50% fee.

4. Student Conduct

Attend classes punctually and prepared.
Respectful behavior toward tutors mandatory.
Abusive language or disruption results in termination.
Sessions recorded for quality; recordings academy property.

5. Tutor Assignment

Tutors assigned by availability, level, preferences (male/female).
Tutor changes possible with notice, subject to availability.
Academy may replace tutors for performance/scheduling.

6. Technical Requirements

Stable internet (5 Mbps+), webcam, microphone, quiet space required.
Platforms: Zoom, Skype, or academy software.
Students responsible for basic troubleshooting.

7. Age Requirements

Minimum age: 4 years.
Under 13 requires parent/guardian supervision.
Accurate age information mandatory.

8. Privacy & Data

Personal information per Privacy Policy. Sessions monitored/recorded for quality/training. No sharing permitted.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, recordings academy property. Personal use only; no redistribution.

10. Liability

Not liable for student technical issues.
Services "as is"; no learning outcome guarantees.
Force majeure excuses performance.

11. Termination

Academy may terminate for violations.
Students: 7 days notice; payments due.
Terminated accounts forfeit prepaid lessons.

12. Governing Law

Governed by Pakistan law. Disputes arbitrated in Karachi.

13. Changes

Terms updated with 14 days notice. Continued use = acceptance.
